How do I choose the right gloves for me ?

Tack or no Tack?

Generally if you are using a spinning pole or performing advanced moves  you will  benefit from the gloves with tack, the "no tack" glove is designed for non-spinning poles.

Which size will fit me ?

The gloves are designed to be a snug fit. Please note that if you require TACKY gloves you should consider  purchasing 1 size larger. We have included a useful photo (above) which shows you how to measure you hand and the size that corresponds to your measurement.

Anything else ?

To prevent slipping inside the glove some people apply a small amount of Mighty Grip powder or other grip solution to their palms.

Pretty good, I got the ones with Tack on them

They are good when it comes to gripping, but the only reason why I am giving this 4 stars and not 5 it's because they are very tight and I got a size M after I did all the measurings and checked the sizes, but maybe that's how it's supposed to be so that the gloves don't slip from your hands. And I don't understand why it's fingerless, I think it would be so much better if it would cover the whole hand.

    Get a Grip!

Posted by Lydia Matthews on 2nd Jun 2015

I have used these gloves from Mighty Grip for about a year. I chose to try them after my pole instructor suggested I try them as I get quite sweaty hands which in turn causes grip issues on the pole. I use liquid chalk on my hands then put the gloves on and I think they are brilliant because they aid in grip but still enable you to perform spins on a static pole. I think they suit people like myself who are sweaty beasts or people who just want a bit or protection on their hands or extra grip......basically anyone! Highly recommended.
